AI sales coach · Founder led sales
Sales advice that closed.
Allin Sales Brain is an AI sales coach built on the method that closed over $30M in enterprise deals at Splunk and Snowflake, scaled down for founders, consultants and solo sellers. It answers from his own deals and stories, not from text scraped off the internet or Reddit.
Less than the cost of a few coaching sessions a month, and it's there for every deal.
01 · Who it's for
Built for people who sell alone.
-
Founders
You sell B2B software or services yourself, before there is a sales team.
Allin helps with qualifying, pricing conversations and knowing when to walk away.
-
Consultants
You sell your own expertise, from a $2,000 workshop to a six figure project.
Allin helps with discovery, holding your price and proposals that get an answer.
-
Solo sellers
You sell alone, between delivering the work, with no manager to ask.
Allin helps with a weekly selling rhythm, deal reviews and rehearsing the next meeting.
Not for you if you manage a team of reps. Allin is built for one person selling alone.

Built for small deals, from a $2,000 paid workshop to a six figure contract.
03 · Same objection, two coaches
“Just send me a price.”
The buyer wants a number before you know the problem. Most AI answers tell you to send a price range. Here is the answer from deals that actually closed. Switch to hear the average one.
Don't quote yet. A number before you understand the problem is free consulting, and it drops you into a comparison you can only lose on price.
“I can put a price together. The problem is I'd be guessing right now, and a guess helps neither of us. Give me 20 minutes and I'll know what this is really about. Does that work, or would you rather I send a range and you see if it's in the right ballpark?”
If they pick the range, you've learned something: they're probably collecting quotes.
Give them a price or a realistic range so you don't look like you're hiding it.
“Our pricing usually runs from $X to $Y depending on scope. To send the right number, how many users do you need?”
Then send the quote the same day with a low pressure next step.
04 · What it coaches
What it coaches you through.
-
01
Rehearse the call before it happens.
AI sales roleplay: by default it plays the customer so you can practise, then gives you a “How you did” review that names your weakest reply.
-
02
Watch it sell to you instead.
Ask it to sell instead. It shows how it's done, then explains why it answered that way: agreeing the meeting goal, pain questions, taking it off the table.
-
03
Qualify a small deal like a big one.
MEDDPICC scaled to a $2k to $150k deal: who signs, how they decide, and whether your champion sells when you're not in the room.
-
04
Tell the curious from the buyers.
Interest is not pain. A dedicated track for inbound leads (free trial, “just send a price”, RFP): a 20 minute call where you agree the goal of the meeting up front, never a demo first.
-
05
Hold your price without a discount.
Go back to the cost of their problem. Give a discount only for something back: a referral, a case study, payment up front.
05 · How it works
A week of selling, alone.
Monday: plan the week.
Selling alone means selling between deliveries. The brain plans the week with you and holds you to it on Friday.
Example · a solo consultant’s week
| Monday goal | 10 buyer conversations |
|---|---|
| Selling blocks | Tue, Thu 08:00 to 10:00 |
| Follow up rule | Within 48 hours |
| ABM light | 10 accounts, one note each |
| Friday check | 7 of 10 held |
Example · discovery for a 40 person construction firm
- Where does a project usually go wrong: the estimate, the subcontractors, or the final inspection?
- How many project decisions still go through you as CEO?
- What did the last project that ran late cost you?
- Who else needs a say before you decide?
Example · MEDDPICC on a $48k advisory deal
| Letter | What we know | Status |
|---|---|---|
| Metrics | $210k a year in overruns | Confirmed |
| Economic buyer | CFO, met once | Confirmed |
| Decision process | Board in December | Open |
| Paper process | Unknown | Missing |
| Champion | Head of ops, untested | Open |
| Competition | Two firms, plus doing nothing | Known |

Thanks for your time today, Anna. Looking forward to Thursday with your CFO. Tobias

06 · Who taught it
One seller, one method.
Tobias Ahlin, the Stockholm enterprise seller (not the designer of the same name), joined Splunk in 2012 as employee number three in EMEA North and sold to the betting and gaming industry while revenue grew fifteen times over. In 2019 he moved to Snowflake as employee number nine in the Nordics, and stayed through the largest software IPO in history.
Along the way he closed over $30M in deals with one method of his own: qualify before you pitch, find the pain before you present, and treat a clear no as a good answer.
Today he runs his own firm and sells small deals himself. Allin Sales Brain is that method written down in 20 knowledge documents of about 30,000 words, tested on 25 real sales scenarios, and scaled for people who sell without a team, with dedicated tracks for small deals, solo entrepreneurs and inbound leads. He made President's Club five times.

What is Allin Sales Brain?
An AI sales coach trained on one person's real method: his own lessons from ten years of enterprise selling. You ask it about a real deal or objection, and it answers with that method, not with an average of what is written online. It is not generic AI advice scraped from the internet or Reddit. It is Tobias Ahlin's own method, used on deals he closed worth over $30M at Splunk and Snowflake.
Who is it for?
Founder led sales: founders, consultants and solo sellers who sell B2B services or software without a sales team behind them, from a $2,000 workshop to a six figure contract.
How is it different from asking ChatGPT?
General AI repeats the most common advice, such as giving a price range the moment a buyer asks. Allin Sales Brain answers from one tested method, names the technique behind each step, and tells you when a deal is not worth chasing. Allin vs ChatGPT, side by side.
What do I say to “just send me a price”?
Don't quote before you understand the problem. Say you could guess a number now but a guess helps neither of you, ask for 20 minutes, and offer a range instead if they prefer. If they choose the range, they are probably collecting quotes. That is taking it off the table.
How do I use it?
You get a link by email. Open it as a chat in your browser, or add it as a connector (MCP) in the AI you already use, which then answers with the method. In Claude, custom connectors (MCP) work on every plan; the Free plan allows one. In ChatGPT, they are available on Business, Enterprise and Edu, and Pro can connect them with read and fetch access only. In Perplexity, they work on Pro, Max and Enterprise. In Gemini, they work on personal Google accounts in the US, in English. On any plan, you can always use Allin as a chat in your browser. It is not a Custom GPT and needs no new app.
Can it roleplay a sales call?
Yes, both ways. By default Allin plays the customer so you can practise, then reviews how you did and names your weakest reply. On request it plays the seller to show how it's done, then explains why it answered that way.
What does it cost?
Your first 20 questions are free, with every feature on and no card. After that, the All in plan is $496 / month for unlimited questions.
How does Allin compare with hiring a sales coach?
A human sales coach charges by the hour, and most solo sellers can't afford one every week. Allin is there for every deal, every day, for less than the cost of a few coaching sessions a month.
