LEAK 01Orders.
Opened and copied into the ERP by hand. Fifteen times a day, sometimes more.

You've got 10 to 150 people. Every approval and every exception still comes back to you.
Free. 30 minutes. No cost if the ten wasted hours aren't there.
Where the hours actually go
You already know the answer. You just haven't had time to fix it.
LEAK 01Opened and copied into the ERP by hand. Fifteen times a day, sometimes more.
LEAK 02The same message answered twice, because nobody split the inboxes.
LEAK 03Once a year, everyone in a room, searching old threads for every product return from the last twelve months.
You started this business to build something. Somewhere along the way it became a job where you're on call for problems nobody else can solve, because nobody else knows where all the pieces are.
You've probably tried something already. ChatGPT is open in another tab right now. It answers questions. It doesn't run your order desk while you're three weeks into an actual vacation.
The business isn't the problem. It's already profitable, already busy, already proof that you know what you're doing. The problem is narrower than that: it only runs because you're inside it, every day, holding the pieces together by hand.

About Tobias
Dörröppnaren isn't a metaphor I picked for a website. It's what I actually did.

Twenty years ago I started selling to the world's most demanding data companies. Betting operators, gaming platforms, media companies. In the last ten years of it alone, I sold over 30 million dollars of the most expensive software there is and made President's Club five times. At Snowflake, my last stop, I watched the company grow from 350 million dollars to 2.6 billion while I was there.
Somewhere in there my body started failing before I noticed. Bad kidneys, a bad liver, high cholesterol. All from stress. In the same stretch of years I lost ten people close to me to cancer.
My wife's youngest sister. A colleague I'd worked beside for years. Finally my stepbrother.
Ten people. I had the money to stop. I didn't know how much time I had left to use it.
Behind the numbers, the picture was different. Constant pressure, never enough, and children growing up without me noticing. A blood test at 42 showed what my body thought of the pace: high cholesterol, poor kidney and liver values.
So in April 2023 I walked away. Not fired, not burned out into a settlement. I chose it, on my own terms, at 42.
The name of this company is Dörröppnaren. The Door Opener. I closed one very large door on my old life, and I've been opening smaller, better ones ever since. Now I open them for other people too.
I don't sell tools. I build the operational system that lets an owner-led company grow without the owner being the bottleneck. That's the whole job.
Five steps
Five steps. Nothing gets built before it's measured.
A free 60 minute call, just enough to know if there's real time to recover here. Skip this and you're guessing at the problem instead of measuring it.

I write up exactly where the hours and money are leaking: which task, how often, what it costs you across a year.
A short, ranked list. Build this first, because it pays for itself fastest. Build in the wrong order and the budget goes to the least valuable fix.
The automation gets built and tested against how your business actually works, not a generic template. Most builds take days, not months.
You own every licence. Everything is documented and tested before I step back. The system doesn't depend on me any more than it should depend on you.
"I already have a built-in library of what the next problem could be, based on the verticals I've studied."
How I Build
I use the same infrastructure the most effective operational teams in Europe are working with today.
That means the system is stable from day one. And it means you own it when we're done.

No lock-ins. No proprietary code. No surprises.
Because a chatbot answers questions. It doesn't run your order desk.
Costs you the same 60 hour weeks you're already working, and caps how big this business can get.
Sells digital transformation at an hourly rate, in language built for a boardroom you don't sit in.
Answers questions well. It doesn't sort your inbox, crawl your orders, or keep running on Monday morning whether you're there or not.
What they say
Services
You run a business. Everything still goes through you. Quotes, questions, follow-ups, admin. You know it's not sustainable. I map where time and money are leaking and remove it. The goal is at least 10 freed hours per week.
If I don't find at least 10 hours of automatable work per week, the mapping costs nothing.
No jargon. You'll know by the end of the free call if there's anything worth building.
Free, 60 minutes, online or in person. I ask what's eating your week and do a rough check on whether there's real time to recover. No pitch.
A written map of your bottlenecks, what they cost you per year, and a prioritized build recommendation. If I can't find at least 10 hours a week worth automating, this costs you nothing.
I build, test, and document the automation itself, checked against how your business runs before anything goes live. Most builds land in days.
Ongoing improvements, support, new automations as they come up, a quarterly check in. Not required.
Dörröppnaren is built on insights from working with organizations like
If that sounds like a downside, this isn't for you.
I work with owner-led companies between 30 and 300 million SEK in revenue, based in Täby and the northern suburbs. That means I can be at your office on half an hour's notice, and that I only take on a few companies at a time.
The doubts you're not saying out loud on the call.
If the diagnostic doesn't find at least 10 hours a week worth of manual work to automate, it's free and I walk away.
You don't need to. I translate it into hours and money, not technology.
No. At handover, you own every licence and every piece of documentation.
